We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events during peak season (May-October). For weddings, 3-6 months is ideal.
Absolutely! We encourage clients to share a playlist of must-play songs and any do-not-play requests. We also take live requests from guests to keep the energy going.
We're based in Miami, FL and serve all of South Florida including Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and the Keys. We also travel for events nationwide -- additional travel fees may apply.
Our Essential package includes professional speakers suitable for up to 150 guests. Premium and Ultimate packages include upgraded systems for larger venues with subwoofers and additional speakers.
Simply fill out our booking form, and we'll review your event details. You'll receive a contract within 24 hours. Once signed and the 25% deposit is paid, your date is locked in!
Yes! DJ Kandela is fluent in both English and Spanish, perfect for bilingual events. MC services are included in Premium and Ultimate packages.
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a 50% deposit retention. Full details are in the contract.
Yes, we always bring backup equipment to every event including spare cables, a backup laptop, and emergency speaker. We never leave your event to chance.
